These pizzas are super colourful and super tasty. The seafood, herbs and veggies will make dinner time a delight. buon appetito!

Ingredients

Wholemeal lebanese bread

2 individual, (2x75g)

Tomato pasta sauce

½ cup(s), (125ml)

Garlic

4 clove(s), crushed

Fresh basil

½ cup(s), finely chopped, plus extra leaves to serve

Frozen boiled spinach, drained

250 g, thawed

Seafood marinara mix

400 g, drained

Cherry tomato

300 g, mixed medley, halved

Black olives, drained

¼ cup(s), (40g) pitted kalamata variety, halved

Reduced-fat 15% cheddar cheese

½ cup(s), grated, (60g) grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C or 200°C fan-forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place bread on prepared trays.
  2. Combine pasta sauce, garlic and shredded basil in a small bowl. Spread tomato mixture over bread. Squeeze excess moisture from spinach and coarsely chop. Top bread with marinara mix, tomatoes, olives, cheese and spinach. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until bread is crisp and golden.
  3. Serve topped with extra basil.

Notes

SERVING SUGGESTION: Mixed salad leaves, drizzled with lemon juice.
