Sardine pate on rye crispbreads

This filling and omega-3 packed spread is great on crackers or sandwiches.
Sardines, canned in springwater, drained
97% fat-free cottage cheese
½ small, finely chopped
4 regular, (10g each)
1 medium, sliced
- Using a food processor or blender, process sardines, cheese and juice until smooth. Stir in onion and half the chives.
- Top crispbreads with cucumber and season with freshly ground black pepper. Spread with pâté and sprinkle with remaining chives. Serve.
