- Heat oil in a small non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook whole garlic cloves, stirring, for 3 minutes or until golden. Transfer garlic and oil to a small bowl to cool.
- Place oil, garlic, chopped garlic, tomato, onion, green chilli, jalapeno, coriander, lime juice and sugar in a food processor. Using pulse button, process until chunky. Season with salt and extra lime juice to taste. Serve.
