Ingredients
Olive oil
3 tsp
Garlic
3 clove(s), finely chopped
Tomato(es)
2 medium, green variety, quartered
White onion
½ small, chopped, plus extra to serve
Fresh green chilli
2 whole, long, chopped
Jalapenos
1 individual, small, fresh, deseeded, chopped
Fresh coriander
⅔ cup(s), leaves, plus extra to serve
Lime juice
1 tsp, plus extra to serve
Caster sugar
½ tsp
Instructions

Heat oil in a small non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook whole garlic cloves, stirring, for 3 minutes or until golden. Transfer garlic and oil to a small bowl to cool.

Place oil, garlic, chopped garlic, tomato, onion, green chilli, jalapeno, coriander, lime juice and sugar in a food processor. Using pulse button, process until chunky. Season with salt and extra lime juice to taste. Serve.
