Salami, tomato and basil toastie

This tasty combination make the perfect quick lunch or supper.
100 g, thinly sliced
200 g, split
2 small, thinly sliced
50 g, (fontina cheese), grated
1 x 3 second spray(s)
- Lightly spray a medium non-stick frying pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until golden and tender. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Cut bread into 2 portions, then split horizontally. Preheat a sandwich press. Top bread bases with salami, mushrooms, tomato, basil and cheese, then sandwich with bread tops. Cook in sandwich press for 5 minutes or until golden. Serve.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Mixed leaf salad. TIP: If you like, you can use individual Turkish bread rolls.
