Ingredients
Mushrooms
100 g, thinly sliced
Turkish bread
200 g, split
Reduced-fat salami
4 slice(s)
Tomato(es)
2 small, thinly sliced
Fresh basil
¼ cup(s)
Havarti cheese
50 g, (fontina cheese), grated
Oil spray
1 x 3 second spray(s)
Instructions

Lightly spray a medium non-stick frying pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until golden and tender. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Cut bread into 2 portions, then split horizontally. Preheat a sandwich press. Top bread bases with salami, mushrooms, tomato, basil and cheese, then sandwich with bread tops. Cook in sandwich press for 5 minutes or until golden. Serve.
