¼ medium, diced
8 individual, quartered
Dried chilli flakes
¼ tsp, pinch (optional)
Light rye bread
2 slice(s), (2 x 40g slices)
Reduced-fat ricotta cheese
2 tsp, finely chopped
- Place avocado, tomato, chilli (if using) and juice in a small bowl. Stir to combine.
- Toast bread and top with ricotta and avocado mixture. Sprinkle with chives and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve.
