Rockmelon, grape and passionfruit salad
rockmelon or cantaloupe
¼ cup(s), peeled, cut into thirds
½ cup(s), (halved)
2 medium, pulp
- Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-forced. Spread almonds on a baking tray and bake for 3–4 minutes or until toasted.
- Place rockmelon in a serving bowl and top with grapes and passionfruit pulp. Serve sprinkled with toasted almonds.
