- Preheat oven to 180°c. Line a large baking tray with foil.
- Place all the ingredients, except the lime, in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and toss to combine. Arrange in a single layer on the prepared tray. Roast for 20 minutes. Turn the florets and roast for a further 15-20 minutes or until tender and golden.
- Squeeze over the lime juice to serve.
