Roasted cauliflower with parmesan cheese
6 cup(s), (1 whole head) cut into florets
grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup(s), (20g)
- Combine cauliflower and oil in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Transfer cauliflower to tray and spread into a single layer. Bake until cauliflower is golden brown, for 15 minutes, tossing occasionally, until golden brown. Remove from oven, place in serving bowl and sprinkle with cheese. Toss and serve.
