Ingredients
Roasted capsicum, not in oil
½ cup(s), (70g)
Harissa paste
1½ tsp
99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened
1 tbs
Garlic
½ clove(s), crushed
Ground coriander
¼ tsp
Cucumber
½ medium, halved, desseded, cut into sticks
Celery
1 stick(s), cut into sticks
Instructions

Process capsicum, harissa, yoghurt, garlic and coriander in a mini food processor until desired texture is achieved.

Transfer mixture to a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. Serve with cucumber and celery sticks.
