Roasted capsicum and harissa dip

Roasted capsicum, not in oil
½ cup(s), (70g)
99% fat-free plain yoghurt
½ clove(s), crushed
½ medium, halved, desseded, cut into sticks
1 stick(s), cut into sticks
- Process capsicum, harissa, yoghurt, garlic and coriander in a mini food processor until desired texture is achieved.
- Transfer mixture to a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. Serve with cucumber and celery sticks.
TIP: Add a serve of your favourite cracker to accompany the dip.
