Roasted capsicum and harissa dip

99% fat-free plain yoghurt
½ clove(s), crushed
½ medium, halved, desseded, cut into sticks
1 individual, cut into sticks
- Add capsicum, harissa, yoghurt, garlic and coriander to a mini food processor. Season with salt and pepper, blend until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to a small bowl and serve with cucumber and celery sticks.
Add a serve of your favourite cracker to accompany the dip.
