These roasted garlic-scented beets are a great addition to any salad
1000 g, (1kg) trimmed, peeled
10 clove(s), unpeeled
1 tsp, 4 sprigs
1 x 3 second spray(s)
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Place the beetroot, garlic and thyme in a roasting tray. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and lightly spray with oil. Toss to combine. Roast for 1 hour or until tender. Set aside for 10 minutes to cool.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Salad with rocket, orange segments and red onion.
