Deli-sliced roast beef

Watercress

Instructions

Combine the sour cream and horseradish in a small bowl. Toast bagel halves.

Spread cut side of 1 bagel half with the horseradish mixture. Top with cucumber, beef, watercress and other bagel half. Serve.
