Raspberry Eton mess
Four ingredients are all you need to whip up this classic English dessert in just five minutes.
Reduced fat vanilla ice cream
2 scoop(s), small
30 g, (3 x 10g nests), lightly crushed
- Reserve 8 raspberries to garnish. Place the remaining raspberries and juice in a medium bowl and lightly crush with a fork.
- Fold in the ice-cream and meringue until just combined. Spoon Eton mess into four small serving glasses. Serve garnished with the reserved raspberries.
