Raspberry, apple and yoghurt smoothie

Plain frozen yoghurt
75 g, (1/3 cup)
Apple juice no added sugar
- Blend yoghurt, raspberries and juice in a blender until smooth. Serve.
TIP: Plug in your blender before you go to bed so you don’t have to waste time setting it up in the morning. To avoid too much froth, start on a low speed first and gradually increase the speed until just combined.
