Raspberry and mint caprioska

- Place the frozen raspberries, sugar and lime juice in a large jug. Using the end of a rolling pin, muddle the mixture until the raspberries are slightly crushed. Add the rum and stir until well combined.
- To serve, divide the ice between serving glasses. Pour over the caipiroska mixture and soda water. Top with mint leaves and fresh raspberries.
