Start your day with a nutritious and delicious porridge. This easy-to-make breakfast recipe features quinoa cooked in oat milk, creating a creamy and satisfying base. Ingredients
Tri-colour quinoa
½ cup(s), (85g)
Unsweetened oat milk
150 ml
Pecans
20 g, roughly chopped
Ground cinnamon
1 tsp
Almond butter (100% nuts)
2 tsp
Grapes
50 g, seedless, red variety, cut in half

Combine quinoa, oat milk and ¾ cup (185ml) water in a large saucepan. Bring to the boil over a medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, adding more water as needed, for 25-30 minutes, or until just cooked.

Meanwhile, cook pecans in a frying pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until lightly toasted. Add cinnamon and almond butter to quinoa and mix to combine. Divide porridge between 2 serving bowls. Sprinkle with pecans and grapes. Serve.
