99% fat-free plain yoghurt

- Lightly spray a chargrill or barbecue with oil and preheat over medium-high heat.
- Combine flour, baking powder, shallots and yoghurt in a bowl. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 2-3 minutes or until smooth. Divide dough into 4 even pieces. Roll each piece into a 10 cm round.
- Lightly spray rounds with oil and cook for 3 minutes each side or until golden.
