A great alternative to deep-fried potatoes. These fries are slightly sweet, slightly spicy and oven-baked for a nice roasted flavour.

450 g, peeled, deseeded, cut into 2cm thick sticks
- Preheat oven to 230°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Arrange pumpkin fries on prepared tray and sprinkle with salt and chili powder. Spray with oil.
- Bake, turning once, until golden and crisp, about 14 to 18 minutes.
