1 tbs, finely chopped
2 clove(s), thinly sliced
prosciutto fat trimmed
135 g, (Buy 150g) fat trimmed, thin slices
600 g, florets
frozen green peas
1½ cup(s), (180g)
reduced fat oil spread
2 x 3 second spray(s)
- Top beef with thyme, rosemary and garlic. Wrap prosciutto around the f illet, slightly overlapping each slice. Set aside.
- Lightly spray beef with oil and cook for 15–20 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Cover beef with foil and rest for 5 minutes before slicing thickly.
- Meanwhile, boil, steam or microwave broccoli and peas, separately, until tender. Drain. Place in a large bowl with spread and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve vegetables with beef and horseradish cream.
