Prawns with coriander cream
microwave white rice
800 g, peeled, deveined, tails intact
1 clove(s), crushed
extra light sour cream
- Combine prawns and garlic. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook half the prawns for 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining prawns.
- Heat jasmine rice following packet instructions. Process coriander, Sour Cream and lime juice until smooth. Season.
- Serve the prawns with the rice and the coriander cream, extra coriander sprigs and lime wedges.
