Poached egg and ham cups
These little egg cups make an easy breakfast but are also great refrigerated and served cold. For a little extra flavour, serve them sprinkled with chopped fresh chives or your favourite spice or seasoning blend, such as Tuscan, Moroccan or Cajun.

- Line the WW Egg Poacher cups with ham.
- Place Egg Poacher Insert into Omelette Maker. Crack an egg into each cup. Microwave OPEN on Medium-high (70%) for 1½ minutes or until egg is set and cooked to your liking. Serve.
