Pine-lime ice-cream cones
canned pineapple in natural juice
sweetened skim condensed milk
400 ml, (400g can)
1 tsp, (coconut)
- Strain the pineapple and reserve the juice. Finely chop 150g of the pineapple.
- Combine the reserved juice, chopped pineapple, condensed milk, coconut essence and lime juice in a medium bowl. Pour mixture into an 800ml-capacity metal container. Cover and freeze overnight or until firm. Serve in ice-cream cones.
