Ingredients

skim milk

cup(s), (80ml)

99% fat-free plain yoghurt

¼ cup(s), (60g)

vanilla bean paste

½ tsp

light peanut butter

1 tsp, crunchy variety

quick oats

45 g, 1 sachet

cocoa powder

2 tsp

fresh raspberries

¼ cup(s), (35g)

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, yoghurt, vanilla, peanut butter, porridge and cocoa in a medium bowl. Spoon mixture into a 1¼-cup (310ml) capacity jar, glass or airtight container. Cover and place in fridge overnight.
  2. Top with raspberries to serve.

Notes

TIPS: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. You can use thawed frozen raspberries instead of fresh raspberries. VARIATION: Swap raspberries for ¼ cup strawberries (sliced).
