Peanut butter biscuits
2 tbs, at room temperature
Vanilla bean extract, alcohol free
¼ cup(s), (40g)
Plain peanut butter powder
¼ cup(s), (30g)
Natural peanut butter (100% nuts)
Granulated or crushed peanuts
- Preheat to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Mix butter, sugar, vanilla and ¼ teaspoon salt in a small bowl with a rubber spatula until creamy. Stir in flour, peanut butter powder, milk and baking powder until smooth and combined.
- Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Using damp hands, roll pieces into balls, then flatten into 2½cm rounds. Place rounds 3cm apart on prepared tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until biscuits are puffed and lightly golden. Cool on the tray for 5 minutes.
- Gently spread ½ tsp peanut butter onto each biscuit, then sprinkle with ½ tsp peanuts.
