240 g, diced

99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened

450 g

Instructions

  1. Puree peaches until smooth.
  2. Stir yoghurt until consistency of whipped cream.
  3. Layer peach puree and yoghurt into small glasses and add a swirl on top. Chill for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

TIP: To obtain the consistency of whipped cream when stirred, choose a thick variety of 99% fat-free plain yoghurt.
