Peach and berry breakfast parfaits with nut crumble
Canned peaches in natural juice, drained
680 g, reserve 2 tbs juice
2 tsp, finely grated
250 g, coarsely chopped
No-fat, no added sugar vanilla yoghurt
300 g, peach and mango flavour
WW Nut Bar, Nut Deluxe
2 individual, finely chopped
- Place peaches, reserved juice, zest, strawberries and raspberries in a large bowl. Stir gently to combine.
- Divide peach mixture among 4 serving glasses. Top with no fat, no added sugar yoghurt and nut bar. Serve.
