This dessert comes with the magic words: no cook. Plus, it's ready in just minutes.
250 g, quartered
1 tbs, strawberry
Vanilla ice cream
2 tbs, pulp
- Combine the strawberry, spread, vinegar and sugar in a medium bowl and toss well. Set aside for 10 minutes to macerate.
- Place the meringue into 4 serving glasses and add the strawberry mixture. Scoop the ice-cream over the top and drizzle with the passionfruit. Serve immediately.
TIP: If you don’t have white balsamic vinegar, use lemon juice.
