Passionfruit meringue mess
A little dish of something cool and creamy is the perfect finale to your meal.

Low-fat fruit flavoured yoghurt
400 g, passionfruit flavoured
1 medium, sliced
2 medium, (50g pulp)
- Break meringues into small pieces. Slice banana and spoon pulp from passionfruit. Place yogurt in a bowl and stir until smooth.
- Divide half the meringue between four ½-cup (125ml) capacity serving glasses and top with half the banana, one-third of the passionfruit and half the yogurt.
- Repeat layers and serve drizzled with remaining passionfruit.
