Ingredients

Brussels sprouts

1000 g, trimmed, halved

Flaked almonds

2 tbs, toasted

Oil spray

1 x 3 second spray(s)

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray a frying pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Cook the brussels sprouts, stirring occasionally, for 6 minutes or until golden. Add ⅓ cup (80ml) of water and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes or until just tender and the water has evaporated.
  2. Sprinkle with almonds to serve.
