WW Ambassador Nikki shares her recipe for a healthy and simple Mexican guacamole. Perfect for dipping with WW Nibbles!

Ingredients

Avocado

1 medium

Red onion

¼ medium, finely chopped

Tomato(es)

2 small, finely chopped

Garlic

1 clove(s), finely chopped

Pickled jalapenos

2 tsp, (in brine), drained, finely chopped

Fresh coriander

2 tbs, chopped

Lime juice

1 tbs

Dried chilli flakes

¼ tsp

Instructions

  1. Mash avocado in a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper

Notes

Serve with WW barbeque soy and chickpea chips, or your favourite tortilla chips.
