Icy raspberry mint popsicles

Undiluted cordial (all flavours)
2 tbs, raspberry flavoured
- Crush raspberries in a small bowl with a fork. Stir in mint and lime rind. Spoon mixture evenly among 4 x 60ml popsicle moulds.
- Stir lime juice, soda water and cordial in a jug to combine. Pour mixture over crushed raspberries in moulds. Freeze for 6 hours, or overnight, until frozen solid. Release popsicles from moulds to serve.
