Mini Thai chicken patties

Yum! Bite-sized patties that are packed with delicious Thai flavours


Chicken breast mince

500 g

Green shallot(s)

2 individual, finely chopped

Fresh coriander

¼ cup(s), finely chopped

Lemon zest

1 tsp

Lime juice

2 tbs

Sweet chilli sauce

2 tbs

Fish sauce

3 tsp

Brown sugar

2 tsp

Oil spray

1 x 3 second spray(s)


  1. Place mince, shallot, coriander and lemon zest in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix until combined. Roll heaped tablespoons of mixture into balls and flatten slightly to form 20 small patties.
  2. To make dipping sauce, combine lime juice, sweet chilli sauce, fish sauce and brown sugar in a small bowl. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Set aside.
  3. Lightly spray a large non-stick frying pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Cook patties, in batches, for 3 minutes each side or until cooked through. Serve with dipping sauce.


TIP: Swap chicken breast mince for turkey breast mince, if preferred.
