Mango, lime and yoghurt popsicles

Ingredients

mango

2 medium, chopped

lime rind

2 tsp, finely grated

99% fat-free plain yoghurt

250 g

honey

cup(s), (120g)

Instructions

  1. Process mango and rind in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Combine yoghurt and honey in a large bowl. Gently stir mango mixture through yoghurt until swirled, but not fully combined. Spoon into 6 x 75ml popsicle moulds. Poke a popsicle stick into each mould. Freeze for 6 hours or until frozen.
