Mango and passionfruit sunshine chutney
1 medium, Finely chopped
1 tbs, 3cm piece, finely chopped
fresh red chilli
1 whole, Deseeded, finely chopped
2 medium, Large, flesh coarsely chopped
½ cup(s), (125ml), apple cider vinegar
1 tbs, 8 x 2g sachets - Natvia
1 medium, Pulp removed
- Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook the onion, ginger and chilli, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes or until soft.
- Add the mango, vinegar and sweetener. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 30 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in the passionfruit and season with salt.
