Ingredients

banana

100 g, frozen, chopped

mango

100 g, frozen pieces

fresh mint

1 tsp, plus 1 tsp to serve

mango

40 g, fresh, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Process banana, frozen mango pieces and 1 tsp shredded fresh mint in a small food processor, scraping down sides several times, until smooth.
  2. Scoop into a serving bowl. Top with fresh mango and a fresh mint sprig to serve.
