Ingredients
Vanilla yoghurt, 99% fat-free, no added sugar
150 g
Mango
1 medium, coarsely chopped
Skim milk
¾ cup(s)
Brown sugar
1 tsp
Lime rind
1 tsp, grated
Natural mineral water
1 cup(s), made into ice cubes
Instructions

Place mango, milk, yoghurt, sugar, rind and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth (see note).

Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
