Mango and lime smoothie

Don’t stress about afternoon snack ideas. This creamy fruit smoothie will satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you full.
99% fat-free vanilla yoghurt, sweetened
1 medium, coarsely chopped
1 tsp, grated
Natural mineral water
1 cup(s), made into ice cubes
- Place mango, milk, yoghurt, sugar, rind and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth (see note).
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
TIP: To prepare mango, use a sharp knife to cut down either side of the stone to remove the ‘cheeks’. Cut the flesh in a diamond pattern, then push the cheeks inside out and slice off the pieces of mango close to the skin.
