Mango and avocado salad with sweet chilli dressing
sweet chilli sauce
100 g, (baby)
1 medium, cut into ribbons
1 medium, coarsley chopped
1 medium, thinly sliced
⅔ cup(s), roughly chopped
⅓ cup(s), toasted, coarsely chopped
- To make sweet chilli dressing, combine chilli sauce and juice in a small bowl.
- Arrange lettuce, cucumber, avocado, mango, coriander and nuts on a large platter. Drizzle with dressing.
