- Combine all ingredients in a 5.5L (22 cup capacity) slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours (or low for 4 hours), or until chicken falls apart when tested with a fork.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Steamed rice and beans. Also perfect for filling wraps or added protein in salads.
