Lyndal's Christmas tree platter

- Thread 1 basil leaf, 1 tomato half and one bocconcini onto a toothpick. Repeat with remaining basil, tomatoes and bocconcini to make 9 skewers.
- Place dates in a pile on the bottom centre of a large, rectangular platter to form the tree stump. Working your way from left to right, arrange crackers in a row above dates, allowing them to overlap slightly. Arrange bocconcini skewers in a row above crackers. Repeat with green grapes, marshmallows, pineapple, strawberries and red grapes to create 5 more rows, each one slightly shorter in length to form a Christmas tree shape.
- Place sliced strawberry at the top of the tree, fanning the slices to resemble a star. Serve.
