Ingredients

Extra lean beef burger patty, raw

4 individual, (4 x 83g patties)

Egg(s)

4 medium

Cos lettuce

2 baby, leaves separated

Carrot(s)

2 medium, coarsely grated

Tomato(es)

4 medium, sliced

Tomato chutney

2 tbs

Shaved parmesan cheese

cup(s), (25g)

Fresh green chilli

1 whole, deseeded, finely sliced

Oil spray

2 x 3 second spray(s)

Instructions

  1. Break each burger patty in half and shape into 2 small patties. Lightly spray a chargrill or barbecue with oil and preheat over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through.
  2. Meanwhile, lightly spray a large non-stick frying pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Fry eggs for 2-3 minutes until just set or cooked to your liking.
  3. Divide lettuce, carrot, tomato, patties and eggs between bowls. Serve with a dollop of chutney and sprinkle with parmesan and chilli.
