400 g, baby Roma variety, halved
Fresh flat-leaf parsley
¼ cup(s), coarsely chopped
Reduced fat feta cheese
Reduced-fat French dressing

- Place lentils, tomatoes and parsley in a medium bowl. Crumble over feta, then drizzle over dressing and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
TIP: You could bulk up this meal by adding 1 sliced, cooked, skinless chicken breast.
