Japanese beef, vegetable and udon stir-fry
lean beef stir-fry strips
100 g, stalks removed, sliced
2 tsp, finely grated
fresh mixed vegetables
400 g, stir-fry variety
Kan Tong Noodles, Fresh, Udon Style
2 tbs, Japanese soy sauce
- Heat a wok over high heat. Add sesame oil and heat for 30 seconds. Stir-fry beef strips, in 2 batches, for 2-3 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a bowl.
- Heat reaming oil in wok. Add mushrooms, ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add stir-fry vegetables and 2 tbs water. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Add noodles, soy sauce, mirin and beef. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until heated through.
