Biscuits, jam tartlet
20 g, (70% cocoa eating chocolate)
4 piece(s), (vanilla)
2 tsp, to dust
4 individual, halved, to serve
- Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place half the tartlets, jam side up, on prepared tray. Divide chocolate among tartlets and top with marshmallows.
- Bake for 2 minutes or until chocolate starts to melt and marshmallow softens, but is still holding its shape. Top with remaining biscuits, jam side down, pressing gently. Dust jam s’mores with icing sugar and serve with strawberries.
