Italian tuna carpaccio
Enjoy the freshness of this dish on Summer days. Fresh tuna, radish, capers and lemon – refreshing and fancy.
100 g, sliced
140 g, cut into thin strips
Capers, rinsed, drained
- Cut tuna into very thin slices (less than 5mm if possible). Arrange on serving plates.
- Combine rocket, tomatoes and radish in a bowl.
- Scatter capers over tuna and drizzle with oil and juice. Season with pepper and serve with rocket salad.
TIP: Make sure you buy very fresh tuna, sashimi-grade if possible.
