You’ve seen it on TikTok, now try it for yourself! WW Ambassador Ingrid (@ingzing_ww) shares her healthier version of this famous feta pasta bake.

Ingredients

Reduced fat feta cheese

200 g

Cherry tomatoes

2 cup(s), (320g)

Garlic powder or flakes

1 tsp, (powder)

Dried herbs

1 tsp, Italian variety

Garlic

1 clove(s), crushed

Dry pasta

200 g, spaghetti

Baby spinach leaves

2 cup(s), (40g)

Roasted capsicum, not in oil

75 g, drained, thinly sliced

Lemon juice

2 tbs

Fresh basil

2 tbs, leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Place feta in the middle of a 2.5 litre (10 cup) capacity ovenproof dish. Scatter cherry tomatoes around feta. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian herbs and garlic. Bake for 25 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet instructions. Drain.
  3. Remove feta bake from oven and mash with a potato masher until ingredients are well combined. Add spinach, capsicum and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and stir until spinach is just wilted. Add spaghetti and toss to combine. Sprinkle with basil to serve.
