Ingredients

Vitastic Pocket Pita, Lite, Wholemeal

2 serve(s), halved, split

Dip, hommus

cup(s), (80g)

tomato(es)

2 medium, chopped

lebanese cucumber

½ medium, chopped

reduced fat feta cheese

40 g, crumbled

fresh oregano

1 tbs, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Spread the inside of each pita with hummus.
  2. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, feta and oregano in a small bowl. Spoon into pitas. Serve.
