Honey, hoisin sauce, and citrus juices combine to form a sweet glaze that wonderfully complements fresh salmon. Under the high heat of the grill, the honey mixture thickens and caramelises to add rich flavour to this dish.

- Preheat a grill to high.
- Place honey, hoisin sauce, orange juice, lemon juice and mustard in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper and whisk to combine.
- Line a grill tray with foil and lightly spray with oil. Place fillets on prepared tray and brush with glaze. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side, brushing frequently with glaze, until salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork.
For a tasty side, grill asparagus spears alongside the salmon for the last 4 minutes of cooking time.
