Ingredients
Reduced fat vanilla ice cream
480 g
Waffle cone
8 individual, (8 x 14g cones)
Almonds, sugar-coated
½ cup(s), (95g), (Vienna), coarsely chopped
Almonds, sugar-coated
2 tbs, (Vienna), extra (see tip)
Instructions

Place ice-cream in a large bowl. Add almonds, stirring until well combined. Transfer to an airtight container, cover and place in freezer for 3–4 hours or until firm.

Scoop ice-cream into waffle cones and serve sprinkled with extra almonds. Serve immediately.
