Ham and chicken baguette with tomato relish
Why just have one meat filling when you can have two! Ham and chicken share the spotlight in this fresh roll.
300 g, (65cm long)
1 small, thinly sliced
100 g, marinated, not in oil
97% fat-free deli sliced ham
Cooked skinless chicken breast
280 g, shredded
- Cut baguette into 4 even pieces. Cut each baguette piece in half lengthways. Spread cut side of bases with relish.
- Top each base with rocket, basil, avocado, capsicum, ham and chicken. Sandwich with baguette tops. Serve.
