Lime juice

Fresh coriander

2 tbs, coarsely chopped

Wholegrain bread

4 slice(s), (4 x 35g slices) sourdough variety, toasted

Combine beans, tomato, avocado, lime juice and coriander in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
