Grilled berries on toast
40 g, (2 x 20g slices)
reduced-fat ricotta cheese
¾ cup(s), chopped if large, (75g)
- Preheat grill to high. Grill bread for 1–2 minutes each side or until toasted. Spread toast with ricotta and top with berries. Sprinkle with sugar.
- Grill for 1–2 minutes or until sugar just starts to melt and berries are warmed through. Serve.
